The available system is designed to help maintain a predetermined distance from the vehicle detected ahead and can bring you to a stop in traffic. Navigation-based information can also adapt to changing speed limits and upcoming curves in certain circumstances.
Auto Emergency Braking Technologies
Standard Auto Emergency Braking w/ Pedestrian, Cyclist, and Car Detection uses sensors and a camera to scan the road ahead for potential hazards and is designed to automatically apply the brakes when a potential collision is detected.
Rear Cross-Traffic Collision-Avoidance Assist
If oncoming obstacles are detected while backing up, available Rear Cross-Traffic Collision-Avoidance Assist is designed to alert the driver and/or apply the brakes to help avoid a potential collision.
Blind-Spot Collision Warning
If an object is detected in the vehicle’s blind spot, the available Blind-Spot Collision Warning system can provide visual and/or auditory signals to help warn you. When equipped with available Parallel Exit feature, the system can also provide alerts while exiting a parallel parking spot.
Parking Sensors
Available front, rear, and side parking sensors use integrated ultrasonic sensors to help detect obstacles behind, in front, and on the sides of your vehicle. If a hazard is detected, the system can provide an auditory warning.
Highway Driving Assist
Using a forward-facing camera, radar sensors, and navigation data, the available system can assist with maintaining a predetermined speed and distance from the vehicle detected ahead of you in certain circumstances. The system can assist with steering wheel control when changing lanes (activated by the turn signal) with a one-touch button setting for speed.
